You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Credits

We offer a free tier with limited generations and paid plans with additional credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits do not expire.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the generated meme outputs. We do not claim any rights over your content. We may temporarily process and store images to deliver the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
